Beldum (ダンバル) is the 190th Pokémon in the Hoenn Pokédex. It is a Steel/Psychic Type, and it is known as the Iron Ball Pokémon.

Beldum has the Clear Body Ability. This Ability makes it immune to having its Statistics lowered from an opponent's attack, but can still reduce its own Statistics as a result of moves that it uses. Its Hidden Ability is Light Metal, which cuts its weight in half.

Beldum gain the opportunity to evolve into a Metang at Level 20, and can evolve a second time at Level 45 into Metagross. Starting in the Generation VI games Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire, a Metagross can Mega Evolve into Mega Metagross by using a Mega Stone.

Beldum is in the Mineral Egg Group, and its Egg takes approximately 10,240 Steps to hatch. It takes a Beldum 1,250,000 Experience Points to reach Level 100.
