[edit] Competitive Battling
Carnivine finds itself in the Never-Utilized Tier of Competitive Battling. While its movepool and Offensive Statistics don't let it down, its low Speed and relatively low bulk certainly does, as it has a lot of trouble standing out from other Grass-Types in general, and in this tier in particular.
