Missingo Cheat--
Put any item in the eleventh slot in your item inventory. From there, go the the man who wanted coffee in Veridian City. Talk to him, then go to Cinnibar Island. From there, go to the water, and use surf right by the gym. Make sure you stay by where the water meets the land. After a little while, Missingo should come up. You do not need to catch him.
