[edit] Anime/Manga Information
[edit] Anime
Darmanitan first appeared in the Best Wishes series episode "Saving Darmanitan From the Bell!" Both its Standard and Zen Modes appeared in this episode. Darmanitan and two Darumaka lived in the Clock Tower. Due to the poor condition of the Tower, it turned into a state of disrepair causing the Bell to fall. Darmanitan activated it's Zen Mode ability to stop the bell from destroying the levels within the tower, keeping it afloat above it's head with Psychic. The two Darumaka stole food from around the town in order to keep the Darmanitan's energy up.
Darmanitan also made an appearance in BW022 when an unnamed trainer used a Darmanitan to stop a swarm of Venipede.
