Cilan is the first gym leader you will face in the Unova Region if you chose Oshawott as your starter Pokémon. He has two brothers, Cress and Chili, who like using Water and Fire types respectively, though Cilan uses Grass type Pokemon.

In battle, Cilan uses a Lillipup, as well as a Pansage.

Cilan dresses like a waiter with green hair. You will most likely to see him smiling, as he's always very polite and friendly when dealing with customers (and challengers).
