Donphan is a ground type Elephant looking pokemon. It evolves from Phanpy at level 25. Donphan is light grey with a black band running down its length. Donphans travel in herds, similiar to elephants, and they have a single Donphan that leads them, Donphans tend to prefer rough terrain like mountains.

Ash has a Donphan that he raised from an Egg. There are also a number of other Donphans seen many times one also being used by Tyson during his Hoenn League battles.
