Electric types, such as Pikachu or Magnemite, have powerful electric moves that are strong against Water and Flying types, they are not very effective against Electric, Dragon, and Grass types, are immune to no types, they are resistant against Steel, Flying, and Electric types, they are weak against Ground types and have no effect against Ground types.
Certain Pokemon use Thunder stones to evolve to the next in their chains.
