Fire

The Fire Type is a type based of Pokémon that live in locations of extreme heat. Most attacks of the Fire Type deal damage directly, with many of the attacks causing the Burn status condition as a secondary effect, or in the case of Will-O-Wisp, inflict a Burn directly.

Certain Pokémon of this type use Fire Stones to evolve to the next stage in their evolution chains.
