Glameow (ニャルマー) is the 76th Pokémon in the Sinnoh Pokédex. It is a Normal-Type, and is known as the Catty Pokémon.

Glameow can use one of two Abilities: Limber, which gives it an immunity to Paralysis, or Own Tempo, which prevents it from becoming Confused, even if an Allied Pokémon used Teeter Dance. A third Ability is available to Glameow from the Dream World, the Keen Eye Ability. This Ability prevents opposing Pokémon from lowering its Accuracy.

Glameow gain the opportunity to evolve into Purugly starting at Level 38.

Glameow is in the Field Egg Group, and its Egg takes approximately 5,120 Steps to hatch. It takes Glameow 800,000 Experience Points to reach Level 100.
