Horsea is a Generation One Pokemon, and can only become a Kingdra in Generations Two or higher. It is found by fishing in most areas of the ocean, and usually has the ability Swift Swim.

Pokémon Red Known to shoot down flying bugs with precision blasts of ink from the surface of the water.
