Karrablast (カブルモ) is the 94th Pokémon in the Unova Pokédex. It is a Bug Type, and it is known as the Clamping Pokémon.
Karrablast can have one of two abilities: Swarm, which increases the power of its Bug-Type attacks by 50% when its HP drops below one-third of its maximum, and Shed Skin, which gives it a 1 in 3 chance of healing from a status condition (Burn, Paralysis, Sleep, Poison, or Freeze) each turn.
Karrablast that come from the Dream World can have a third ability, called No Guard. This ability increases the accuracy of all moves known by all on-field Pokémon to 100%. Said moves will also hit when they wouldn't otherwise, such as a Focus Punch on a Pokémon that has used Dig, or Surf hitting a Pokémon that has used Fly, for examples.
Karrablast evolve in a method introduced in Generation V. It must be traded with a specific Pokémon in order to evolve. If traded with Shelmet, it will evolve into Escavalier.
Karrablast is in the Bug Egg Group, and its Egg will take approximately 3,840 steps to hatch. It takes Karrablast One Million Experience Points to reach Level 100.
