Lumineon (ネオラント is the 135th Pokémon in the Sinnoh Pokédex. It is a Water-Type, and is known as the Neon Pokémon.

Lumineon can use one of two Abilities: Swift Swim, which doubles its Speed when it is raining; or Storm Drain, which draws Water-Type moves to it, nullifying the move's damage and increasing its Special Attack by one stage. Its Hidden Ability is Water Veil, which gives it an immunity from suffering a Burn.

Finneon can evolve into Lumineon at Level 31.

Lumineon is in the Water 2 Egg Group, and its Egg takes approximately 5,120 Steps to hatch. It takes Lumineon 600,000 Experience Points to reach Level 100.

Pokémon Information

Competitive Battling

While Storm Drain received improvement in Generation V, it still didn't help Lumineon enough, as it finds itself in the Never-Utilized Tier of Competitive Battling. Its movepool and Statistics are its biggest let-downs, limiting how effective it can be.
