 Pokémon Information
 Competitive Battling
Mienshao is in the Over-Utilized Tier of competitive battling as of this writing. Although it faces stiff competition from many other Fighting types within the tier, Mienshao is revered by many as the most efficient user of the Life Orb hold item in the game. With its Regenerator ability, Mienshao can effectively have 3 free turns to attack. The 33% healing from Regenerator is able to cancel out 3 turns of Life Orb recoil as it takes away 10% of its max HP for each successful attack. Mienshao is also one of a select few Fighting types that can run Special Attacks alongside physical attacks. Because of this, Mienshao is able to give grief to tough physical walls such as Gliscor and Swampert. Mienshao's base 105 Speed also allows it to become an excellent choice for a late-game sweeper or revenge killer.
