Numel (ドンメル) is the 101st Pokémon in the Hoenn Pokédex. It is a Fire/Ground Type, and is known as the Numb Pokémon.
Numel's original Ability is the Oblivious Ability, preventing from becoming infatuated with an opposing Pokémon, its lone Ability when it was introduced in Generation III. A second Ability was added in Generation IV, the Simple Ability. This Ability doubles the effectiveness of moves that modify stats, such as Amnesia or an Attack that also affects a stat as a side-effect such as Flame Charge.
A third Ability is available to Numel from the Dream World, the Own Tempo Ability. This Ability gives the user an immunity to becoming Confused as the result of a move such as Confuse Ray or Teeter Dance.
Numel gains the opportunity to evolve into Camerupt starting at Level 33.
Numel is in the Field Egg Group, and its Egg takes approximately 5,120 Steps to hatch. It takes Numel One Million Experience Points to reach Level 100.
