Background
Pokémon SoulSilver is a remake of the original 2nd Generation of Pokémon, Pokémon Silver. It will be released along side with Pokémon HeartGold, the remake of Pokémon Gold. Pokémon HeartGold and Pokémon SoulSilver contain pokemon from the 3rd and 4th generations, but they can only be found by using a certain radio station on a certain day after obtaining the national pokedex.
Features
- All 493 Pokemon will follow the trainer as they did in Pokémon Yellow: Special Pikachu Edition
- Graphics of the quality featured in the fourth generation (Pokémon Diamond, Pokémon Pearl and Pokémon Platinum)
- New Pokewalk device bundled with either version of the game. (Yet unconfirmed whether or not the pokewalk will be available outside of Japan).
- Lugia and Ho-oh figurines will be given out when you pre-order their respective game. (Lugia for SoulSilver and Ho-oh for HeartGold) In addition if you pre-order both games an Arceus figurine will be given. (It has not been announced if this will offer will be available for countries outside of Japan)
