Scrafty' (ズルズキン) is the 66th Pokémon in the Unova Pokédex. It is a Dark/Fighting Type, and it is known as the Hoodlum Pokémon.
Scrafty can use one of two Abilities: Shed Skin, which gives it a 1-in-3 chance of healing itself from one of the five main Status Condition if it has one; or Moxie, which increases its Attack by one level after it defeats another Pokémon. A third Ability is available to Scrafty from the Dream World, the Intimidate Ability. This Ability reduces the Attack of its opponents by one stage when it enters the battle, unless Safeguard is active or another Ability suppresses this Ability.
Scraggy evolve into Scrafty starting at Level 39.
Scrafty is in the Egg Groups Field and Dragon, and its Egg takes approximately 3,840 Steps to hatch. It takes Scrafty One Million Experience Points to reach Level 100.

[edit] Pokémon Information
[edit] Competitive Battling
Scrafty finds its way into the Underused Tier (also known as UU) of Competitive Battling with high defenses and a respectable Attack Statistic. Even though Scrafty was in the Overused tier before, the metagame had shifted more towards Pokemon like Terrakion that Scrafty was commonly ignored and it eventually dropped. In Underused though, Scrafty has a very good chance to shine with its access to a couple different Statistic Boosting moves, such as Dragon Dance and Bulk Up to make it even more of a threat. While its lack of Speed outside of Trick Room can be a problem, along with a weakness to Fighting-Type moves, Scrafty can definitely pull its weight in the Underused tier.
