Sealeo (トドグラー) is the 174th Pokémon in the Hoenn Pokédex. It is a Water/Ice Type, and it is known as the Ball Roll Pokémon.

Sealeo only had one Ability when it was introduced in Generation III, the Thick Fat Ability. This Ability cuts the amount of damage that it takes from Fire and Ice Type moves by 50%. A second Ability would become available to Sealeo in Generation IV, the Ice Body Ability. This Ability restores its HP while it is hailing. A third Ability is available to Sealeo from the Dream World, the Oblivious Ability. This Ability prevents it from becoming infatuated as a result from the move Attract or the Cute Charm Ability.

Spheal can evolve into a Sealeo starting at Level 32, and can evolve into a Walrein starting at Level 44.

Sealeo is in the Egg Groups Water 1 and Field, and its Egg takes approximately 5,120 Steps to hatch. It takes Sealeo 1,059,860 Experience Points to reach Level 100.
