Seedot (タネボー) is the 22nd Pokémon in the Hoenn Pokédex. It is a Grass Type, and is classified as the Acorn Pokémon.
Seedot can have one of three abilities: Chlorophyll, which doubles its Speed when it is sunny, but not on the same turn in which the weather becomes sunny; or Early Bird, which cuts the number of turns afflicted with the Sleep condition in half, rounded down to the nearest full number. Seedot from the Dream World have the Pickpocket Ability. This ability allows the Pokémon to steal the opponent's held item when the opponent uses an attack that requires physical contact against it.
Seedot gain the opportunity to evolve into Nuzleaf starting at Level 14. It can then evolve into a Shiftry when a Leaf Stone is used on it.
Seedot is in the Egg Groups Field and Grass, and its Egg takes approximately 3,840 Steps to hatch. It takes Seedot 1,059,860 Experience Points to reach Level 100.

Seedot appears at Routes 102 and 114 in Ruby, and Routes 102, 117, and 120 in Emerald. Seedot does not appear in the wild in Sapphire.
Seedot appears at Route 203, Route 204, the South end of Route 210 and the Eterna Forest in Diamond, Pearl, and Platinum with Pokémon Ruby inserted into the Game Boy Advance slot of your Nintendo DS.
Seedot appears at White Forest in Pokémon White. In Black 2 and White 2, a Seedot can be obtained by Breeding one of its evolved forms.

Seedot appears at the Cycla Mountain Range in Pokémon Ranger. Seedot appears on the Chicole Path in Pokémon Ranger: Shadows of Almia, but the Field Assist Slam 1 needs to be used on a Tree to draw it out of hiding. Seedot does not appear in Pokémon Ranger: Guardian Signs.
Seedot can be found at Firebreathing Mountain Autumnwood in Pokémon Rumble Blast.
