Shoddy battle, or simply Shoddy, is an online Pokemon Battle Simulator. It is completely free and available for download at The Official Site. The Generation IV Metagame is played on Shoddy battle.

The create a pokemon project (or CAP) is a project run by Dougjustdoug (a member of smogon) and several other individuals, that polls the community about things they would like to see in a pokemon that would contribute to the metagame. Currently 3 pokemon have been made, and can be used on Doug's create-a-pokemon server.
