Sinnoh is the fourth main region accessible in the Pokemon World. It is exclusive to Pokemon Diamond, Pearl, and Platinum.

Sinnoh has many vast ecological features. It lays rest to four lakes (Acuity, Valor, Verity and Sendoff Spring), each of which hide a legendary Pokemon in their depths, a large mountain range that divides the continent in two pieces, a frozen area to the north, and is seemingly covered by water in all areas except to the south.
