Starly (ムックル) is the tenth Pokémon in the Sinnoh Pokédex. It is a Normal/Flying Type, and it is known as the Starling Pokémon.
Starly uses the Keen Eye Ability. This Ability prevents its opponents from lowering its Accuracy.
Starly gains the opportunity to evolve into Staravia starting at Level 14, and can evolve a second time into Staraptor starting at Level 34.
Starly is in the Flying Egg Group, and its egg takes approximately 3,840 Steps to hatch. It takes Starly 1,059,860 Experience Points to reach Level 100.

Starly appears at Routes 201, 202, 203, 204 and Lake Verity in Diamond, Pearl and Platinum. Starly also appears on Routes 209 and 212 in Diamond and Pearl.
In Heart Gold and Soul Silver, Starly can be found at Pewter City by using Headbutt on one of the trees. However, Starly only appears when using Headbutt on one specific tree. The tree can only be accessed by walking through the grass on Route 2; the specific tree is at the same location in which a hidden Max Revive, which can be located by using the Dowsing Machine.
Starly appears at White Forest in Pokémon White.

Starly appears at Mt. Bristle 1F-9F and Oran Forest 1F-4F in Explorers of Time, Explorers of Darkness and Explorers of Sky.
Starly is exclusive to Light Adventure Squad in Mystery Dungeon 3, appearing at Chocolate Field 1F-10F and Final Cave 12F-14F.
Starly can be selected as a Starter Pokémon by selecting it at Vientown Beach in Pokémon Ranger: Shadows of Almia. Otherwise, Starly appears at Hippowdon Temple during a Quest. In Pokémon Ranger: Guardian Signs, Starly appears in the Skies of the Oblivia Region in the Present. In the Past, Starly can be obtained by completing the Thunder Temple mission A Shock Everywhere You Turn with an A Rank.
Starly can be found at Aurora, Yaksha, Avia and Dragnor in Pokémon Conquest.
