[edit] Competitive Battling
Stunfisk is in the Never-Utilized and Rarely-Utilized Tiers of competitive battling. Despite being in these two tiers, Stunfisk's unique Electric/Ground typing, 104 / 84 / 99 defenses, and decent movepool allow it to be a decent mixed tank in both tiers. While it won't be breaking through strong special walls such as Regice or Altaria any time soon, nor will it be standing up to the likes of Roselia or Jynx in any situation, Stunfisk can still serve to stop the likes of Braviary and select other threats in either tier.
