Treasure Town is the main town first to be featured in Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Time, Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Darkness and Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Sky. You and your partner are first introduced to the town after you join Wigglytuff's Guild, and certain tasks can be received from there and around the premises. Also there are several features that will help you with your adventures through the dungeons. These features are listed below.
The Kecleon Shop is run by the Kecleon Brothers (Who also appeared in Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Red Rescue Team and Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Blue Rescue Team). They sell you merchandise such as Orbs, TM's and Seeds. Alternatively, you can sell them some of the things you have gathered whilst you were in a dungeon and do not desire or need. Their stock varies every day and on some occasions they can be found selling rare items. However, the Kecleon Brothers each sell different types of items. The Green Kecleon will sell you regular items such as Food, Hold Items, Heal Items, etc., whilst the Purple Kecleon will sell you items such as TM's and Orbs.
Another building to be features in this game and Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Blue Rescue Team is the Kangaskhan Storage. Much like in those games, you can store items from Dungeons in there and those that you have been given by the Pokémon you have rescued. If you receive an item from a Pokémon you have rescued, it automatically gets sent to Kangaskhan Storage. This can be useful for storing items you may need later in the game.
This feature isn't exactly exclusive to Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Time and Darkness as there was a bank in Red and Blue Rescue Team, which was run by Persian. In Time, Darkness and Sky, it's run by Duskull (Hence the name). Simply put, that this is the place where you can store vast amounts of Poké, so like with items, you don't lose them after being defeated in a Dungeon.
Electivire Link Shop
Much like the Duskull Bank, this shop featured in Red and Blue Rescue Team, but in Time and Darkness, the ownership of the shop has switched from it's previous owner, Gulpin. Here, Electivire will be able to link two of your moves together which enable you to hit opponents with 2 attacks in one move and the ability to re-learn old moves.
Marowak's Training Dojo
Yet again another feature that has switched owners from Rescue Team Blue and Red. In Mystery Dungeon: Time and Darkness Marowak has replaced Makuhita. This place is used to train up all Pokémon in your rescue team. You have a choice of which specific type dungeon you would like to enter within the Dojo. However, unlike the Makuhita Dojo, you lose all of your items when enter one of the mazes. This one also has a massive main dungeon that is obtainable after graduating from the guild and houses many unique Pokémon - The Final Maze.
This is a new feature to Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Time, Darkness and Sky. This new feature is used when you obtain an egg as a reward for completing a job. If you receive an Egg, it automatically goes to Chansey Daycare and the titular owner, Chansey, gradually takes care of the egg. After a few in-game days, the egg will hatch in it's base evolution of one of the Pokémon found in that particular dungeon.
Another new shop to Explorers of Time, Darkness and Sky, due to the addition of Treasure Boxes that can be found in Dungeons after defeating a wild Pokémon. If you take these boxes to Xatu he will offer to unlock the box for a fee of 150 Poké. After you pay the fine, Xatu will unlock the chest and give you the contents. The item(s) inside could vary from food items to Exclusive Items.
There is only one mission that is given to you in Treasure Town, and is only obtainable after defeating graduating from Wigglytuff's Guild. After graduating from the guild, you can go to Treasure Town and there you will see a Mr. Mime near Kecleon Market or Spinda's Café. Talk to him and he will tell you of a famous explorer called Scizor and that he got lost and frozen on Blizzard Island, once you have saved Scizor from Crevice Cave after defeating the lv 45 Froslass that froze him.
