Tropius can have one of two Abilities: Chlorophyll, which doubles its Speed when the weather is sunny but not on the same turn as the weather switch; or Solar Power, an Ability that increases its Special Attack by 50%, but its HP decreases every turn as a result. A third Ability is available to Tropius from the Dream World, the Harvest Ability. This Ability allows it to reuse the same berry infinitely within the span of one battle.
Tropius does not evolve and does not have a pre-evolved form.
Tropius takes on an appearance similar to that of a Sauropod with grass-like wings and bananas growing out from under its neck.
 Gender Differences
Tropius doesn't have any gender differences to differentiate between male and female.

 Pokémon Information
 Competitive Battling
Tropius finds itself in the Never-Utilized Tier of Competitive Battling. While it does have some usable moves and a relatively good typing defensively, its low Speed limits its capabilities, and it has some glaringly common weaknesses, including a double-weakness to Ice-Type moves.
