Vanillite (バニプッチ) is the 88th Pokémon in the Unova Pokédex. It is an Ice Type, and it is known as the Fresh Snow Pokémon.

Vanillite uses the Ice Body Ability. This means that when it's hailing, Vanillite's HP will be restored. A second Ability that is obtainable via the Dream World is an ability new to Generation V, called Weak Armor. Pokémon with this ability that get hit by an attack will have their Defense lowered by one stage, but their Speed will increase by one stage.

Vanillite gain the opportunity to evolve into Vanillish starting at Level 35, and can evolve a second time into Vanilluxe starting at Level 47.

Vanillite is in the Mineral Egg Group, and it will take approximately 5,120 Steps for its Egg to hatch. It takes Vanillite 1,250,000 Experience Points to reach Level 100.

Vanillite can be found at Cold Storage regardless the season. In the winter time, they can also be found at Route 6 and Dragonspiral Tower in Black and White. Vanillite can only be obtained by breeding a Vanillish or Vanilluxe in Black 2 and White 2.

Vanillite appears at the Crag Area's Colosseum in PokéPark 2: Wonders Beyond. To befriend it, you'll have to carry it from the hot springs to the mountainside.
