Wide Lens

Wide Lens.png The Wide Lens, first appearing in Pokémon Diamond, Pearl, and Platinum games, is a hold-item for a Pokémon that adds 10% to the accuracy of a move.

Diamond/Pearl/Platinum: An item to be held by a Pokémon. It is a magnifying lens that slightly boosts the accuracy of moves. HeartGold/SoulSilver: An item to be held by a Pokémon. It is a magnifying lens that slightly boosts the accuracy of moves. Black/White: An item to be held by a Pokémon. It is a magnifying lens that slightly boosts the accuracy of moves.


[edit] How To Obtain

• This item cannot be bought in shops in-game on all generations and game cartridges.

• This item can be traded between Diamond, Pearl, Platinum, HeartGold, SoulSilver, Black, and White games, provided the Pokémon being traded is holding the Wide Lens as its item and both game cartridges can trade back and forth.

Diamond/Pearl/Platinum: The Wide Lens can sometimes be found as a held item obtained from wild Yanma in-game.

HeartGold/SoulSilver: The Wide Lens can be bought at the Goldenrod Game Corner as a prize using obtained coins from casino games.

Black/White: The Wide Lens can be obtained from a man in the Castelia City Pokémon Center, who gives out items based on how many people you've traded with. You can get the Wide Lens by talking to him after trading with five people.
