Goomy (ヌメラ) is the 19th Pokémon in the Kalos Mountain Pokédex. It is a Dragon-Type, and is known as the Soft Tissue Pokémon.

Goomy can use one of two Abilities: Sap Sipper, which increases its Attack by one stage should it get hit with a Grass-Type move and nullifying its damage; or Hydration, which heals any Status Conditions that it has been afflicted with when it is raining. Goomy's Hidden Ability is Gooey, which lowers the Speed Statistic by one level of any Pokémon that uses a move requiring physical contact against it.

Goomy gain the opportunity to evolve into Sliggoo starting at Level 40, and can evolve a second time into Goodra at Level 50 while it is raining in that area. Rain brought upon by Rain Dance or Drizzle will not trigger evolution.

Goomy is in the Dragon Egg Group. It takes Goomy 1,250,000 Experience Points to reach Level 100.

Goomy takes on the appearance of a purple slug with green cheeks. Its eyes are two small dark dots that are above its mouth.

Gender Differences

Goomy doesn't have any visible differences to differentiate between male and female.
