Suicune's Dream World ability, Water Absorb, makes it so if Suicune gets hir by a Water type move, Suicune's HP heals 1/4 of its maximum.
According to in-game legend, Suicune and its fellow Beasts were re-incarnated by Ho-oh after a Vaporeon, Flareon and Jolteon died in a fire in the Burnt Tower in Ecruteak City. Other in-game myths claim that it comes with the North Wind and purifies pollutes water. It is also hunted by Eusine. Suicune has no possible evolutions or takes on any other form.

Suicune doesn't have specific location for where it lives. Though Suicune seems to roam around grassland areas and/or water, typically lakes. Though, we know that Suicune was origanlly from the Brass Tower for a short period of time, as Ho-oh created the Legendary Beasts while the Brass Tower was burning.
Trading Card Games
Suicune first appeared in the Generation II games, Pokémon Gold, Silver and Crystal. In these games, Suicune was found wandering the Johto region after having been discovered with Entei and Raikou in the basement of the Burnt Tower in Ecruteak City. It is found at level 50, however, it flees as soon as the battle begins.
Suicune is found in Pokémon FireRed and LeafGreen, and only if you chose Charmander as your starter. It wanders the mainland Kanto region at level 50. Like in earlier games, it flees when the battle begins. It can also be Snagged from Cipher Admin Venus in The Under in Pokémon Colosseum.
Suicune is only obtainable by transferring to Pal Park (via the DS Dual-Slot feature from a GBA game) or after chasing it around in HGSS on route 25 in Kanto. Suicune can also be obtained by Wifi from someone who has done this.
Suicunes first arrival into the Animé was the episode called Don't Touch That 'dile when Ash, Brock and Misty saw Suicune standing in the middle of the lake near New Bark Town. When Suicune sighted them, it ran off.
Suicune eventually made another appearance into the animé once again, on the episode Drifloon on the Wind!. Suicune was friends with nurse Joys daughters named Marnie and Paige. Suicune rescued Ash and Paige when they were in danger.
Suicunes first main appearance into the Pokemon movies is Celebi: Voice of the Forest. (Pokemon movie four). When Suicune had to fight against Dark Celebi.
A shiny Suicune and the other members of Legendary Beasts trio (who are also shiny) appeared in the 13th movie, Zoroark: Master of Illusions.
Suicune appeared in two small cameos at the start of the movies, Arceus and the Jewelof Life and Destiny Deoxys.
Suicune resides in the Underused (UU) tier of competitive battling. Suicune is one of the tier's best Pokémon with amazing defensive stats and good defensive typing, making it one of the premier walls in Underused. Suicune makes for an great check or counter to the majority of the physical threats in the tier as a result of these defensive traits. Suicune can bolster its offensive prowess with Calm Mind and can run its famous CroCune set to provide defensive utility while having the potential to sweep. Suicune can use Roar to phase sweepers like Swords Dance Feraligatr and prevent other set up sweepers to take advantage of Suicune's initial lack of offensive prowess. Suicune can also take a more offensive approach with a Substitute + Calm Mind set or an offensive Calm Mind set with three attacks or Tailwind to compensate for Suicune's lack of speed. Suicune's only real downfall is its lack of power and reliance on Scald to do damage, but it is a phenomenal Pokémon otherwise.
Suicune is also a viable option in the Overused (OU) tier, where the traits that made it shine in Underused apply in Overused as well. Suicune is capable of handling some big threats in the tier, such as Weavile, Mega Metagross, and Heatran. Defensive teams have trouble with Suicune due to Pressure draining the PP of defensive Pokemon that would otherwise outlast Suicune. Suicune does struggle in Overused despite being a decent option for balanced teams as the metagame favors strong, fast threats. It is incredibly one dimensional, either choosing to use a defensive set with Roar or Calm Mind. Suicune does not have a reliable source of recovery, as RestTalk can be unreliable at times and leave Suicune as a sitting duck. It also faces immense competition from Slowbro in the bulky Calm Mind water role, although Suicune has some distinct advantages with Roar and Pressure.
